Plotting data from a cell within a cell array based on filename?

Hello, Ok, I have created a cell array within a cell array. So for example, in row 1, I have the filenames of all of the files I want to plot, but not all at once. Then in row 2, I have cells within cells containing data I want to plot. So for example in row 2, column 1, I have a cell that within it contains a 3 by 75 matrix of data I want to plot.

But it gets more complicated....I would like to read the filenames within the cells I have created (row 1) and select only the files that contain the name "Column1". I then want to plot the corresponding data within the cells that correspond to that filename, all on one graph. I want different lines plotted for each individual file name all on the same graph. I have no idea how to do this, and am open to suggestions, even if my current approach is completely wrong and too complicated. If you need me to clarify anything, please let me know and I will do so.
