1-phase PLL by Pierre Giroux - can it be used in Phasor simulation?

I tried adapting 1-phase PLL to work in Phasor simulation. I had to get rid of many signal mismatch erros and go through many signal type transformations complex to real or vice versa...eventually I ended up with output that is not a sine wave but more like an oscillating DC. I probably chose a wrong combination of signal type transformations but before I continue trying I was wondering can this PLL work in Phasor at all?

A PLL is not used in phasor mode. The purpose of a PLL is to synchronize the phase and frequency of an output signal with that of a reference signal. Phasor mode refers to a method used in power system analysis to represent the magnitude and phase angle of AC voltages and currents. PLL and phasor serve different purposes.
