Regarding project on vertical handover

Respected mam i am working on vertical handover concept in this project i have taken simulink model of bluetooth FHSS and the 802.11 b models. i am able to switch from one connectivity to another now i want to implement it on the hardware so how this simulink model will going to help me. PLEASE HELP ME IN THIS REGARD
