I have been asked to plot 3d contours of radius,circumferential angles(CA) in degress and total circumferential pressure (cptot) in this format shown in picture using matlab. I know in rectangular grids. How to do it for this type

Hi. I have attached an xls file. 1st coulumn represents Ca values and 2nd column represents cptot values.radius is given by r = [24.94 25.20 25.73 26.25 26.77 27.30]; i need to interpolate the radius values. What examples i see in matlab forum is in rectangular coordinates.Can you help me to get graph for the image shown.
