the multiplication/intersection of boolean matrices

This is a question about the multiplication/intersection of boolean matrices.
For example, Consider A=[a11, a12; a21, a22] and B=[b11, b12; b21, b22].
Then if you run "A&B", you would see the result:

Sure ...
- A & B equals logical(A * B)
- A | B equals logical(A+B)
Or am I missing something …
