Installing c2000 support package in Matlab 2012b

How to install C2000 support package in Matlab 2012b? When I search for c2000 support package in Target Installer it does not have the option of C2000. It has other boards.

The "Embedded Coder Support Package for Texas Instruments C2000 Processors" is only available since R2014a:
