how to connect ultracapacitor to power system?

I am trying to connect the Supercapacitor Model given in examples of R2013a with a power system but i cudnt find any replacement to power requirement block. Also the block is masked so i am unable to understand its logic. and if I connect it to any system I am getting an error as Error in port widths or dimension. please help.
