I'm using FFT algorithm to process the signal received by FMCW radar (carrier frequency Fo). With a N-point FFT(fixed), we achieve one resolution. With this N-point FFT, can I increase my resolution by using any method? For example I want resolution is a/2 instead of a. Tks a lot.

You can use zero padding (simply add zero values to your signal prior to FFT). Note that this does not provide additional information, but it saves you doing interpolation between two values in your FFT-result. Of course you can allways improve accuracy by increasing your value of N.
