- You are using Login Named User on a computer without a display and with a release of MATLAB that does not support Login Named User via command-line.
- You are no longer associated with the license you're attempting to use/it has expired.

Currently, the only way to run MATLAB with a Login Named User license is to have a display and launch it normally with a UI.
