to your educational organization
An Academic Teaching License or Community and Technical College License provides an individual faculty member and their students access to MATLAB® and Simulink® products. As license administrator, your role is to maintain the list of people who can access and use your organization’s license. Use the License Center to add and remove users. If you reach the limit of your license count, reassign licenses by removing existing users and then adding new users.
In the License Center, products grouped under these licenses have either

College in the Use column.
