Get Active User Data for Academic Teaching Licenses

View information about the active users on your Academic Teaching License or Community and Technical College License by exporting the license data to a spreadsheet or comma-separated values (CSV) file. To view active user data, you must be an administrator on the license.

  1. Go to the License Center.

  2. Click Export License Data.

  3. Follow the prompts to export the reports as Excel® spreadsheets or CSV files.

    If you do not see the reports you want, click Additional Reports to view and export additional license data.
