We are looking for a Senior Systems Analyst to gather requirements, analyze needs, and propose solutions for our business. This cross-functional role requires a proactive individual who can collaborate with various business partners and systems teams.

Responsibilities

  • Work with business stakeholders, product owner(s), and Agile development teams to deliver solutions to meet business needs
  • Analyze and document business requirements and workflows
  • Lead the creation of user stories, breaking down epics and larger stories as needed

Minimum Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree and 6 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 3 years of professional work experience, or equivalent experience) is required.

Additional Qualifications

  • Proven ability to elicit business requirements and translate them into practical and clear user stories
  • Able to communicate and present complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Adept at cross-functional impact analysis, proactively collaborating across team boundaries to arrive at comprehensive and cohesive solutions
  • Experience with Agile methods and Scrum
