Join our team as the Learning Systems and Data Strategist where your expertise in analytics, reporting, and systems will shine. In this position, you will develop and enhance dashboards, scorecards, and reports that provide critical insights to our Sales Enablement team, transforming business requirements into dynamic dashboards that influence decisions and outcomes.

In addition, you will evaluate learning technology tools, support system enhancements, and implement best practices for improved efficiency and effectiveness.

Success in this role requires expertise in Power BI, along with the ability to present complex data clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Proficiency in system management and enhancement is crucial, as you will be responsible for ensuring that our tools and platforms are optimized for performance and aligned with business objectives. Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to support the Sales Enablement teams program performance, growth, and efficiency.
  • Manage multiple reporting projects with a focus on quick turnaround and high-quality output.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather and refine requirements, ensuring that reports meet the needs of the business users.
  • Conduct detailed data analysis, extract key insights, and provide summary reports to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Identify trends and patterns in business data to optimize performance and strategies.
  • Ensure reports and dashboards align with departmental goals.
  • Provide support to enable business users to effectively interpret and apply data and metrics to optimize planning and program execution.
  • Lead the evaluation of learning technology tools for the Sales Enablement team.
  • Support the enhancement of existing systems by providing requirements and development assistance.
  • Evaluate and implement best practices to continuously improve system efficiency and effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree and 6 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 3 years of professional work experience, or equivalent experience) is required.
  • Visa sponsorship will not be provided for this position.
  • Candidates for this position must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer without restriction.

Additional Qualifications

  • Proven ability to gather requirements, build user-focused reports, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Experienced in project management with strong skills in prioritization and clear communication.
  • Analytical mindset, able to present clear and practical recommendations to the stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying root causes and innovative solutions for complex challenges.
  • Experience with tools like SharePoint, PowerBI, Learning Management Systems (LMS), Survey Monkey, etc. preferred.
  • Able to work independently and as a team member.
  • Willing and able to learn new software, techniques, and concepts quickly and effectively.
  • Must be impeccably organized and have a high attention to detail.
  • Our hybrid model allows staff members to balance work-life flexibility by spending 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely each week.
