Step into the forefront of technological innovation as a Senior Technical Consultant at MathWorks! In this role, you'll use your expertise in automotive embedded software to empower MathWorks' customers across Northern Europe to create cutting-edge solutions with MATLAB and Simulink. You'll be key to our customers' success, ensuring the seamless adoption, application, and evolution of MathWorks technology. Responsibilities

Enable MathWorks customers to be successful in their projects through the use of MATLAB, Simulink, and associated tools. Specifically:

  • Analyse customer requirements, tools, and workflows.
  • Propose compelling projects that deliver value to both the customer and MathWorks.
  • Work closely with customers to deliver projects either individually or as part of a team.
  • Solve challenging technical problems in algorithm development, simulation, automatic code generation, and validation & verification.
  • Collaborate with a worldwide team to identify and support industry trends.
  • Advocate for the future direction of MathWorks products.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree and 6 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 3 years of professional work experience, or a PhD degree, or equivalent experience) is required.

Additional Qualifications

Experience in any of the following is advantageous:

  • Automatic generation of C/C++ from Simulink.
  • Editing and debugging C and/or C++.
  • Static code analyser tools for C/C++ such as Polyspace.
  • Safety critical software development for standards such as ISO 26262 (or others derived from IEC 61508) and ASPICE.
  • AUTOSAR
  • Continuous integration systems (on prem or cloud).
