Control Raspberry Pi from your Android Device using Simulink

This webinar shows how to create and run a Simulink model on Raspberry Pi to build a surveillance camera with wireless communication capabilities. It also highlights how you can use Simulink to build a mobile app to control the surveillance camera from an Android device.

About the Presenter

Greg Drayer Andrade is electrical engineer and magister in systems engineering from Simon Bolivar University (USB), where he also earned academic tenure in April 2009. He earned his doctorate at the Georgia Institute of Technology with the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering, and a minor in Aerospace Engineering. He is currently helping to drive and market Aerospace Toolbox, Aerospace Blockset and Simulink hardware support for Arduino, Raspberry Pi, LEGO MINDSTORMS, mobile devices and quadcopters. Built on top of the Simulink platform, he makes sure that MathWorks technologies address the most prominent market problems and bring industry and domain-specific functionality for modeling, simulation, and automatic code generation. He works closely with the Development organization, Application Engineering, other Marketing groups and Sales to help define product direction and deliver various product and application-related projects.
