Automate Data Acquisition in MATLAB Using the Analog Input Recorder App
The Analog Input Recorder app from Data Acquisition Toolbox™ can help you quickly get started acquiring analog signals from data acquisition devices straight into MATLAB®. It automatically detects available DAQ devices, lets you control acquisition parameters, displays a live preview of the data, and lets you record data directly to the MATLAB workspace for further analysis and visualization. The app also generates MATLAB code so you can automate the same configuration, acquisition, visualization, and data-logging steps in the future.
This video takes you through the process of configuring both foreground (blocking) and background (non-blocking) acquisition through the Analog Input Recorder app, visualizing the data, generating code, and connecting that code to the rest of your data analysis workflow.
