This This simple program detects the edge from a live motion picture and displays it next to the original picture. The detection is live.
This requires MATLAB Support Package for USB Webcams. This is available as add on in Mathworks website.
The program can be modified to do edge detections on pictures also.
Instead of inputing the camera data one can feed the pictures using imread command.
