Fuzzy Clusterwise Regression (FCR)

Code for applying FCR to link explanatory data to liking data.

Zip file comprises functions and scripts to perform FCR using X data to predict liking data and clustering consumers at the same time. Also included is a word file explaining the methodology and presenting an example. Data for the example is included as a .mat file.
The methodology is also described and compared with other approaches in Vigneau et al (in prep, Food Quality and Preference) "Combining hedonic information and CATA description for consumer segmentation". Both the example and the paper discuss the case were explanatory come from CATA; but can be applied for other types of data as well.
