Polygonal shape functions for FEM using Wachspress coordinates

Wachspress shape functions allow simple and effective construction of shape functions on convex polygons.
The Wachspress coordinates are the lowest order barycentric coordinates that satisfy boundedness, linearity on the edges, and linear independences on convex polygons.
