There are two adaptors :

The matlab_simplified_api adaptor allows communication via MATLAB with a KINOVA® Gen3 Ultra lightweight robot. You can see the installation instructions and the documentation https://github.com/Kinovarobotics/matlab_kortex/blob/master/simplified_api/README.md.
The matlab_vision_imaq adaptor allows access to the Kinova vision module depth and color streams in MATLAB via the Image Acquisition Toolbox. You can see the installation instructions and the documentation https://github.com/Kinovarobotics/matlab_kortex/blob/master/vision_imaq/README.md.
