This toolbox provides components for labeling volume imagery and isosurfaces. These widgets may be placed into your MATLAB app simplify building a custom workflow. Sample MATLAB apps are included to demonstrate a custom workflow for isosurface labeling and volume labeling.

Widgets provided in this toolbox include:

Image Stack / Volume Visualization and Annotation Labeling
Isosurface Visualization and Annotation Labeling
Slice Plane (X/Y/Z) visualization

Additionally included are sample apps for:

Interactively labeling points, lines, polygons, and masks on an image stack volume
Interactively labeling points, lines, polygons, and planes on a 3D isosurface

Note: The built-in Volume Viewer app in MATLAB's Image Processing Toolbox covers some common worfklows. This added widget collection is intended for cases where nonstandard or custom workflows need to be implemented in your own custom MATLAB app.
