The M-file with Sub-Variance is to watch for unemployment rate
Sub variance formula is implemented with MATLAB software, which is built on top of the Gauss Variance, the complex values are then to make more precise time series analyzing of the relationships between the sunspot strength and unemployment rate for each country or exposed region, example used here is America region.
