Optimization of chamfer masks

In this submission, we demonstrate how Farey sequences can be used to simplify optimization equations of chamfer masks, which are frequently used to compute distance transforms. In addition, the codes show the relationships between shapes of chamfer masks and optimal local weights that define the masks.
