True equilibrium bolus estimation (TREMBLE) and transient equilibrium bolus estimation (TEM) are two kinetic models that offer quantification of PET ligand binding at transient equilibrium. This GUI enables user-friendly analysis using time-activity curves from brain and plasma as input and computes bound ligand quantity and BP_ND as outcome.
