ortho_poly.m (Chebyshev polynomials)

Evaluates chebyshev polynomials with vector arguments for vector arguments x.

Evaluates chebyshev polynomials for vector arguments x and index, n. This program is a modification of the code ortho_poly.m from "http://ceta.mit.edu/comp_spec_func/". The new thing that is implememnted here is this program can accept vector arguments x which made my program run faster than before.
