This uses PCA to normalise histology images
This is an experiment I have conducted into the use of Principal Component Analysis (PCA) to standardise the appearance of histology images
In the first instance, I made use of consensus PCA but the reconstruction from the individual eigen vectors found by this method were subpar
Therefore, I used PCA. To guarantee that the loads of each transformation match, I would use pdist2
