diffangle calculates the difference (in1-in2) between two sets of angles

diffangle calculates the difference (in1-in2) between two sets of angles (in degrees). The difference angle is defined to be the smaller of the two possible angles, with the appropriate sign. The result in the range (-180,180].
When only a single vector argument is supplied, diffangle acts like Matlab's diff to compute [in1(2)-in1(1) in1(3)-in1(1) ...]
