Approximate the reverse transfer function polynomial coefficients
Given a set of polynomial coefficients P approximating y = f(x), this function approximates the polynomial coefficients of order O (defaults to order of P) which approximate the inverse function x = f(y). This function works analogously to LabView's 'DAQmx Compute Reverse Polynomial Coefficients (VI)' (http://zone.ni.com/reference/en-XX/help/370469AG-01/lvdaqmx/mxcomputereversecoeff/)
