This code helps you to make a preliminary design of an HAWT and study its off-design performance. The scripts will use Xfoil to evaluate the airfoil aerodynamic coefficients, both for the design and for the off-design analysis. This code allows you to find also the best pitch angle for each wind speed. With this software, you can create and test different custom blades to find the best solution for your application using different airfoils.
You can evaluate power-wind speed and power-pitch angle curves. A function also plots the velocity triangles along blade length.
There is a User Manual that explains in detail how the code works and how to use it.
