A Convenient Masked Dialog Framework for Reading & Writing Numerical Values

This masked dialog works like any any masked dialog but with additional features for reading
and writing the numerical value of the masked dialog variables in the masked dialog itself.
There is no need to use the base workspace or model explorer to read and write these variables
as is typically the case.
