Kinetic Windows (KiWi) is a GUI promoting fast kinetic analysis of dynamic data acquired by positron emission transmission (PET). KiWi enables the user to analyse PET data using one-tissue compartment model employing plasma activity as reference input function and tissue activity.
Quantification of the parameters, rate of ligand exchange (K1, k'2) and volume of distribution (V_T) can be estimated simultaneously from six different linearized plots.
The greatest advantage of KiWi is the choice of start and end frame for data fitting is made objectively by evaluation of the R-squared value from the iterative linearization of the data set.
