Robust Sliding Mode Control (SMC) of Boost DC/DC Converter.
Switching frequency = 15 kHz
Load resistance = 240 Ohms
Input voltage = 24 V
Desired output voltage(Vod) = 48 V
Reference voltage (Vref) = 8 V
Note: Beta is the ratio of Vref to Vod, i.e. Beta = Vref/Vod; Thus, one obtains:
Beta = 8/48 = 1/6.
The reference to this simulation, with slight modification, is the work by Siew et. al. in:
A Unified Approach to the Design of PWM-based Sliding Mode Voltage Controllers
for Basic DC-DC Converters in Continuous Conduction Mode, IEEE Trans. on Circuits and Systems, 2006.
