Solve the transportation problem with Vogel's Approximation Method (VAM)

This code was designed to solve the transportation problem for searching its initial basic feasible solution. User should determine the number of plant (m), the number of destination (n), value of supply column vector, value of demand row vector and an unit cost matrix. Also, write the VAM function [z,x]=VAM(s,d,c,m,n).
