This Simulink example codify via Manchester code as per 802.3 the binary number
10100111001
The model also shows the clock and the the fact that the clock samples data in the middle of data bit when clock goes high to low
The Manchester code transition is in the middle of data bit or at the beginning(when it doesnt mean anything)
