An automatic and threshold-free performance evaluation system for buildings from airborne LIDAR data
The algorithm has been implemenetd based on Ref [1] and adapted for the building extraction outputs from Ref [2]. Please refer to [1] if you are using this algorithm. For the ISPRS benchmakr data set visit http://www2.isprs.org/commissions/comm3/wg4/tests.html
