I have only changed the description of the required toolbox to run all exercises.
I have updated exercises 4.1.3, 4.1.4. and 4.1.5 to work with new corrected versions of my_CTFT and my_CTFT1 functions for Continuous-Time Fourier Transform where applicable.
I have added the titles of the book chapters on the description of this contribution.
