The circuit has a flashing green and blue lamp to show the diagnostic loop is running. The circuit indicates software is well as long as the data received is correct. As soon as the data is incorrect the output goes low indicating not well. The data is read at a specific time that is synchronized with the processor. If the data is clocked at the wrong time the output will also go to not well.
