scale with tare

Scale receives the weight and is zeroed by the tare button

The dial sets the weight input from 0 to 100. Set the weight to a low value such as 20, press the tare button. The wt dial goes to zero. Now raise the weight input. The wt output is the weight input minus the tare_wt.
