Pulse Oximetry Project

quickSatValuesGUI simplifies the extraction and annotation of pulse oximetry beeps.

You are now following this Submission

The Pulse Oximetry Project quickSatValuesGUI aims to make it easy to extract and annotate pulse oximetry beeps from .wav and .mov files.
The user loads the audio and corresponding video file into the player. The GUI then does some processing to retrieve the beeps.
The user can then go through and look at each beep, and corresponding video frame, and assign a saturation value to the beep.
The beep features automatically extracted by the GUI are the highest frequencies of each beep. Up to ten frequencies are extracted per beep.
While assigning saturation values, the user can also change the start and end times of a beep, and manually select the frequency peak threshold. User interaction enables a more accurate summary of beep features, than those computed automatically.
