Homer2
This is a suite of scripts with a GUI wrapper to guide users in the interactive analysis of functional near infrared spectroscopy measurements. This tool is general used in neuroscience research to study functional brain activity. Applications range in humans from cognitive develop in infants to cognitive decline in the aging and demented population, with numerous promising applications in-between.
