Uploaded to MATLAB web in a .zip file
It contains all the .m files for the full MATLAB/OCTAVE version
of the work “A parallel Homological Spanning Forest framework for 2D topological image analysis”,
and a non functional version of Alg. 2 in C++ (a single file).

For MATLAB/OCTAVE simply decompress all files in a folder. And choose any image you want by uncommenting them
in the file itp_PRL1_reading_I.m

For C++ version, build a console Win32 application and activate all the optimization and OpenMP flags.
