Diffusion-driven Regularization Functional
This is a regularizing functional based on the nonlinear diffusion processes, and can be used to address the ill-posedness of a classical multiframe super-resolution model. The function should be called by another function (in our case, it is the ANDIFFSR function) that super-resolves an image. Please see the function ANDIFFSR for more details on how to call this function. The corresponding paper, entitled "A Noise-Suppressing and Edge-Preserving Multi-Frame Super-Resolution Image Reconstruction Method", has been submitted to the Journal of Signal Processing: Image Communication (Manuscript ID: image3133) and is in its second revision.
