This GUI is used to isolate and measure luciferase signal from mouse eyes.
This tool was used to measure the integrated luciferase signal for mice sub-retinally injected with an AAV8 vector expressing regulated luciferase. This is used in a pending publication by Sochor, et al. which is currently being submitted for peer review.
