Raster Image Correlation Spectroscopy
RICS.m performs raster image correlation analysis spectroscopy (RICS)
RICS.m starts a GUI that allows you to select an image file. The file is
displayed and you have to option of selecting a region of interest
(ROI), performing background subtraction, performing image correlation
and calculating best fit of the correlated data. RICS can handle one or
two channel images and currently supports tif and lsm formats.
If an ROI is selected image correlation and fit will only use that
region. The entire Image will continue to be displayed. Background
subtraction subtracts the temporal average of all frames from each
frame.
