SAXS Channel Width and Volume Measurement

Measure the width and volume of a channel in from SAXS MRC files

These files can be used to measure the volume and width of a channel in an MRC file generated from Small Angle X-Ray Scattering (SAXS) data.
The files were used to measure the volume and width of the Hsp104 hexameric channel in various nucleotide bound states as described in the publication:
