FPGA Implementation of the Gray Scale BasedMean Filter using HDL coder
In this submission mean filter algorithm has been designed using HDL coder.The main motivation behind this work was to generate automatic VHDL code for efficient FPGA implementation of the MEAN filter which is used in many computer vision algorithms and acts as a subsystem for many image processing systems targeted towards hardware implementation.
