On FEX, several header or template solutions are already known. To me, most solutions lack one problem: they copy a template file and open it. This has the side effect, that you either have to define the desired (new) filename first, or need to go via "Save-as" in order to save you work. Both cases are not that handy to use (to me).
In this solution, the function "NewFile_with_Header" simply opens an new window in the editor and fills in the template information. Since there is no copy of a template. this solution is more flexible in sense of saving the file.
Exemplary, the header information is completed by a user name and the current date.
