CCRE,which is more general than the Shannon Entropy,determines the Cross Cumulative Residual Entropy of two images.It is suitable for multimodal image registration,and more rubost to noises.the function f=ccre(I1,I2) to calculate the CCRE between two images is in the test_ccre.m file.
