Variable Frequency Sine Wave
Create a sine wave by defining the frequency over a series of intervals.

Use this function to create a sine wave that evolves in time from one frequency to the next. You can define each interval of the wave by length of time or number of periods to express each frequency.
syntax:
s = sinRFi(fqs,n)
s = sinRFi(...,method,P)
