A library for scintillation channel modeling applications.

A collection of utilities for computing the impact propagation disturbances on satellite radio transmissions. Applications include frequency and temporal coherence estimates and examples that use waveform simulations. Models for common fading distributions and waveform detection probabilities in noise and fading environments are included. Documentation and examples are included.
